Job Profile
- Identifying the pre-selected direct supply materials and assisting the Procurement Manager in preparing the MEP procurement schedule.
- Assisting the Procurement Manager with technical MEP input and shortlisting suitable suppliers.
- Assisting in carrying out the tendering process by preparing various reports required during the tender.
- Liaising with the procurement team to ensure that the required quantities are maintained at site.
- Carrying out inspections upon receipt of goods to ensure that specifications are met.
- Following up with subcontractor suppliers and ensuring that payment processes are followed efficiently.
Personal Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or MEP Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in procurement or site-based material management.
- Good knowledge of MEP materials, specifications, and procurement processes.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
