The Job:
You will oversee all cutting operations within our facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards. This role is crucial in optimizing our cutting processes and leading a team of cutting specialists to achieve production goals while maintaining our reputation for quality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all cutting activities, ensuring timely production and quality control.
- Develop and implement efficient cutting processes and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Lead, train, and mentor the cutting team, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.
- Monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment with overall goals.

- Conduct regular audits of cutting equipment and processes to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage fabric inventory and ensure efficient material usage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a cutting management role within the apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of cutting techniques, machinery, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
