MANAGER - PACKING (WATTALA)
The Job:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Packing Manager to oversee our packing operations in our apparel manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in packing management within the apparel industry and a passion for ensuring quality and efficiency in the packing process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all packing operations to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of orders.
- Develop and implement packing procedures and best practices to optimize workflow and quality.
- Monitor packing quality and accuracy to meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Train and supervise packing staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of packing with overall operations.
- Maintain inventory of packing materials and supplies, ensuring timely procurement.
- Prepare reports on packing performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Packing Manager or similar role in the apparel manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of packing processes, quality control, and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills.
