SITE MANAGER

Primary Objective :

Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Lead and coordinate site teams, resources, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily site activities to meet project schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, health, environment, and quality standards.
  • Manage and motivate site staff, subcontractors, and workforces.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Manage materials, equipment, and resources for optimal utilization.
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues, risks, and constraints promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and client representatives.
  • Maintain accurate site records, documents, and as-built drawings.

Qualifications :

  • BSC in Civil Engineering or equivalent (MSc or professional qualification preferred).
  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in construction, with at least 5 years as site manager.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
  • Proven track record in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Registered with the Engineering Council (EC) will be an advantage.
