TRAINEE ASSOCIATE - LOGISTICS (DANKOTOWA)
YOU WILL,
- Inspect and verify quantities and documentation of incoming raw materials and prepare accurate Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
- Maintain accurate records of raw material receipts, issues, stock balances, and inventory for in-house, yard, and 3P warehouses.
- Coordinate the timely issue of raw materials to production departments according to approved requirements.
- Coordinate sampling activities and ensure required samples are submitted to the Quality Assurance/Lab/Quality Department.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock counts, inventory verification, and reconciliation activities.
- Monitor and report damaged, expired, rejected, or non-conforming materials and coordinate returns to suppliers.
ARE YOU?
- Diploma/degree in Warehouse/Logistics Management.
- Minimum 6 months of working experience in a Warehouse, Logistics, Supply chain, or related role.
- Experience in the FMCG sector will be an advantage.
- Computer literacy with knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
- Good communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work proactively and support smooth warehouse and supply chain operations.
