Executive- Customer Service (Contract)

Property Sector of John Keells Group require the services of an Executive- Customer Service to be a part of its iconic project Cinnamon Life.
Job Profile
- Work closely with the Sales & Engineering team to ensure that customers are up to date with regards to the Projects
- Managing the customization process in compliance with the set customization guidelines
- Attending to customer queries and requests
- Arranging site visits
- Achieving the collection targets within the stipulated guideline
- Inspection of apartments prior to handover
- Managing the customer relationship during defects liability period
Personal Profile
- Part or Fully qualified with a Degree/ Professional Qualification in a relevant field
- 1-year prior experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent communication skills
