Senior Executive - Restructuring, Turnaround & Cost Transformation
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational and administrative activities, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of assigned tasks.
- Assist in the disposal of movable assets, including coordination, documentation and maintenance of relevant records.
- Liaise with banks, service providers and other external parties on routine operational and administrative matters.
- Process online banking transactions and ensure the timely preparation and maintenance of supporting documentation.
- Provide administrative support for payroll processing and other employee-related matters.
- Review and verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
- Maintain accurate, well-organised and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Prepare periodic reports, summaries and management updates as required.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Undertake other operational, administrative and ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in Operations, Administration, Finance, or a similar role
- A relevant professional qualification or part-qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field will be an added advantage
- Strong organisational, coordination and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, meet deadlines and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A high level of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality
- A proactive and positive approach, with the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through to completion
