AI Developer
You will build and run the LLM systems behind our products.
- Salary: Up to LKR 250,000 per month, negotiable based on experience
- Experience: 5+ years

We are hiring an AI Developer to build LLM features and ship them to real users. You will own the work from prompt design and retrieval to evaluation and cost control.
What you will do
- Integrate LLM APIs from several providers, with streaming
- Design system prompts and validate structured outputs
- Set up RAG with chunking, embeddings and reranking
- Design agent workflows with state and error recovery
- Run eval sets and regression tests on every change
- Build backend APIs, then deploy and trace token cost
What we need from you
- 5+ years in professional software engineering
- 4+ years building backend services and APIs
- 2+ years shipping LLM features to real users
- Strong Python and TypeScript
- Experience with RAG, embeddings and vector databases
- Prompt injection, PII and guardrails
