Senior Process Associate – Finance & Accounting (QC)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Shared Services.
• Completed or following a Finance/Accounting degree or a professional qualification CA / ACCA / CIMA / CMA / AAT, CPA.
• Prior experience in the telecommunications industry will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to Accounts Payable processes & ERP systems (SAP) preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and data analysis.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Ensuring SLAs are met.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on transaction processing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage sampling and queue monitoring to ensure SLA achievement.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
• Support internal audit and control activities across the process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive process accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify and support process improvement and team engagement initiatives.
• Ensure policy compliance and maintain accurate documentation across all tasks.
