Roles and Responsibilities

• Support pricing of life insurance products and evaluation of sales compensation schemes
• Assist in product design and development, including documentation and specifications
• Prepare regulatory filings and group approval documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new and existing product initiatives
• Present product insights and recommendations to management
• Contribute to UAT and system validation for newly developed products

Candidates are required to have

• Degree in Statistics or Mathematics from local / foreign university
• Full or part qualification from a recognised actuarial professional body approved by the Insurance Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (IRCSL)
• Minimum 05 years of work experience in similar capacity
• Comprehensive knowledge of actuarial reporting and pricing
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
