We are seeking a skilled and reliable Technical Support Officer to join our team at Aiken. The role involves providing timely and effective technical support for our range of banking and cash handling equipment.
VACANCY FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain cash counting, ATM, CRM, cash sorting, and other banking equipment
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions
- Minimize customer downtime through fast and reliable technical support
- Conduct installations, servicing, and preventive maintenance when required
- Maintain proper service records and communicate technical issues professionally
REQUIREMENTS
- NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Computer Hardware, IT, or a related field
- Knowledge of Windows OS, antivirus software, and MS Office
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking will be an added advantage
- Age 20–35 years
- A valid driving licence will be an added advantage
