Position: Call Center Operators
Job Details
- Location: Work From Home
- Shift Basis: Morning / Evening (No Night Shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Record and update customer information in the system.
- Follow up on customer requests, appointments, and complaints.
- Achieve daily call targets and performance goals.
Requirements
- G.C.E. O/L / A/L qualification or equivalent.
- At least 1 year call center experience.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil will be an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment and meet targets.
- Own reliable Wi-Fi connection and Computer / Laptop.
