PC TECHNICIAN

Retail Information Technologies (Pvt) Limited [RIT] is a fully owned subsidiary of Sumathi Holdings and has over two decades of experience in the industry and the RIT is known as the pioneers in the industry of Retail Information Technology. We are looking for a Creative, Knowledgeable and well experienced professional who can join our winning team to deliver quality work to our customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installation of PC/laptop OS and certain software and managing them at customer locations.
• Perform troubleshooting activities of PC/Laptop issues and fix them.
• Attending to PC/laptop related other end user IT systems such as Antivirus solutions.
• Perform regular upgrades and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure privacy and data protection.
• Adhere to the SLA and timelines.
• Traveling to outstation customer locations.
• Maintain up to date product/solution knowledge in the technology areas.
• Completing the certifications assigned.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma or certification related to computer hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• School leavers having substantial knowledge in the end-user device domain shall be considered.
• Good domain knowledge and a minimum of 3 months experience.
• Good communication skills and smart customer interfacing.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as a team.
• Willingness to travel to outstation locations.
