About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, organised and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The role will involve managing digital marketing activities across three brands, including social media, WhatsApp, email marketing and Google Business Profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Manage content calendars and maintain consistent brand communication.
• Manage WhatsApp enquiries, quick replies, catalogues and broadcasts.
• Prepare and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Maintain and update Google Business Profiles and respond to reviews.
• Monitor engagement, campaign performance and digital marketing KPIs.
• Prepare monthly digital marketing reports and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with content and design teams to develop effective campaigns.
• Stay updated with changes in Meta, Google, WhatsApp and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business and Email Marketing.
• Basic understanding of Google Business Profile and digital marketing KPIs.
• Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines and tasks independently.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and improve results.

Added Advantage:

Experience with Brevo/Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Business Suite, GA4, SEO or AI content creation tools will be an advantage.

Status of the job:

Work from Home

You are required to work parallel to UK office hours. Regular working hours are 01:30 PM to 10:30 PM, and during UK daylight saving time 12:30 PM to 09:30 PM on weekdays. Weekends and UK bank holidays are off.
