FIT COORDINATOR - MALDIVES (Based in Sri Lanka)
Are you passionate about the Maldives, luxury travel, and creating unforgettable holidays?
We’re looking for a Coordinator to join our team and turn clients’ holiday dreams into memorable island experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create tailored FIT & Group Maldives packages across standard, boutique & luxury resorts.
- Handle resort bookings, seaplane, domestic flights, speedboats & VIP airport services.
- Arrange special experiences including honeymoons, anniversaries & private escapes.
- Liaise with resorts to secure availability, negotiate arrangements, and manage last-minute changes.
- Provide seamless guest support from arrival to departure.
- Prepare quotations & invoices and manage payments, deadlines & cancellations.
- Build strong resort and partner relationships while driving repeat business & customer satisfaction.
- Should be able to deal with luxury agents around the world.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in travel, tourism, reservations, or tour operations.
- Organized, customer-focused, and commercially minded.
- Passionate about the Maldives and luxury travel.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry.
- The confidence and credibility to build and maintain relationships with international luxury agents and partners.
