Position:
Assistant Secretarial
Responsible for preparing, maintaining, organizing, and controlling official documents and records while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, proper filing, and timely access. Provides administrative and secretarial support to the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with company secretarial and corporate documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Maintain statutory records, registers, and corporate files.
- Support regulatory submissions and compliance activities.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate, confidential, and timely document management.

Requirements:
- Degree or professional qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
- Relevant qualification in Company Secretarial Practice / Corporate Governance will be an added advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in company secretarial, corporate administration, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and develop a career in company secretarial and corporate governance functions.
