Executive - Compliance (Wathupitiwala)
The Job:
Responsible for ensuring factory compliance with customer, statutory, social, ethical, and safety requirements in an intimate apparel manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with customer and statutory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate customer and third-party audits.
- Maintain compliance records and documentation.
- Conduct employee compliance awareness programs.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Compliance, HR, or a relevant field.
- 2-4 years’ compliance experience in intimate/apparel manufacturing.
- Knowledge of social compliance, labour and safety standards.
- Experience in handling audits and CAPA.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
