JOB Summery
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with software applications, databases, or web technologies is an advantage.
- Ability to assist with IT support tasks, system monitoring, and documentation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good attitude, punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by the IT Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Educational background in IT or a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of one or more of the following is an advantage:
- Networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
- Databases (MySQL, SQL basics)
- Operating systems and system administration
- Exposure to cybersecurity concepts, cloud platforms, or enterprise systems will be an added advantage.
- Any relevant certifications, coursework, or academic projects related to IT will be beneficial.
