Requirements

• A minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role.
• A background in the hospitality industry, particularly in Food & Beverage operations.
• Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively and proactively solve problems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer software.

Scope

• Oversee the daily operations of the venue, including staff management, event coordination, customer satisfaction, and facility maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless event execution, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure all events are executed in line with client specifications and expectations.
• Manage the budget, handle supply orders, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during events.
• Supervise banquet staff on event days to guarantee high-quality service.
