FINANCE TRAINEE (GALLE)

JOB PROFILE

As an Audit/Finance Trainee, you will support our Internal Audit, Compliance, Finance, and Taxation functions while gaining hands-on exposure to financial operations and internal controls. You will contribute to identifying and resolving business issues, supporting planning and execution, and working closely with the relevant teams. Comprehensive training and guidance will be provided to help you develop your technical and analytical skills and build a strong foundation for a successful career in Finance.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• The selected candidate should be currently pursuing CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA, or CMA qualifications.
• The selected candidate should be self-motivated and committed to taking responsibility for their personal growth and development, including examinations and professional training.
• The selected candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments effectively while meeting tight deadlines.
