Vacancy for
Technical Officer Project Executive
We are looking for a motivated and capable candidate to support our interior and civil construction projects from our Colombo Mulleriya office.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
- Coordinate site workers, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings,
- Monitor installation, testing, commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with engineers, clients and other site personnel.
- Prepare daily site progress updates and report site issues.
- Identify technical problems and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use and care of tools, equipment and materials.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical qualification or relevant experience
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar position.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Good leadership, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage site teams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
- A valid motor bicycle riding license is must
