You should ideally:
n
n- be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field
n- have 3–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
n- possess a strong understanding of Business Analysis concepts, methodologies, requirement elicitation, and documentation practices
n- possess a good understanding of banking processes, systems, and applications
n- possess a good understanding of API integrations and system interfaces
n- have knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, SQL, and database concepts, which would be an added advantage
n- have experience with core banking, integrated banking, or card-related systems, which would be an added advantage
n- possess strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
n- be willing to learn, adapt to new technologies, and work effectively in a dynamic environment

You will be mainly responsible for:
n
n- gathering, analyzing, validating, and documenting business and system requirements
n- analyzing existing processes and systems and identifying opportunities for improvement
n- translating business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
n- preparing Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, use cases, and process flows
n- analyzing API integrations, system interfaces, data flows, and system dependencies
n- supporting solution design, development, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation
n- collaborating closely with development teams and vendors to ensure effective implementation of requirements
n- conducting training sessions and delivering solution demonstrations for business teams
