The role also involves coordinating Code of Conduct training, maintaining accurate case records and system updates, ensuring compliance with labour laws and governance requirements, and conducting worker feedback and wellbeing surveys.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in any discipline with knowledge of labour law and 1–2 years of relevant experience. Excellent Sinhala and English typing skills, along with strong report writing, letter drafting, and documentation capabilities, are essential.
