Head of Manufacturing Excellence
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness
- Drive process optimization, automation, Lean Six Sigma projects, and team development
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering
- Six Sigma Black Belt or recognized Lean certification
- Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience
- Strong knowledge of Lean, DMAIC, statistical analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in MS Office and SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in manufacturing process improvement, automation, data analytics tools: robotics, Power BI, Python, R is an added advantage
