SENIOR MANAGER – BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION
Based at Horana Manufacturing Facility
PGP Glass Ceylon PLC, a global leader in premium glass packaging and the largest specialty glass manufacturer in Asia, operates state-of-the-art facilities in Sri Lanka, India, and the USA, with marketing offices across Brazil and France. Listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange, our Sri Lankan operations are based in Horana, Nattandiya, and Ratmalana, employing a workforce of over 500.
We are looking for a dynamic, innovative and results-driven professional to join our team as Senior Manager – Business Transformation, driving digital transformation, enterprise application management, and business process improvements across the organization.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized university.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in business transformation and enterprise application management.
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience in SAP functional modules such as SD, EWM, LE, MM, FICO, or PP/QM, including SAP rollouts.
- Knowledge of non-SAP applications, including Salesforce and HR systems, and their integration with SAP.
- Strong business analysis, solution design, process optimization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of business intelligence, reporting, automation, and change management will be an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with organizational objectives, while monitoring project performance and providing regular progress updates and management reports.
- Identify business process improvement opportunities, translate business requirements into effective system solutions, and drive process automation, enterprise application integration, system adoption, change management, and end-user training.
- Oversee SAP and non-SAP enterprise applications, including system enhancements, rollouts, upgrades, testing, user acceptance, and post-implementation support, ensuring reliability, effective utilization, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business users, Corporate IT teams, external consultants, and technology partners to deliver effective digital solutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, data protection, and organizational policies.
