CLUSTER MANAGER - BANCASSURANCE
(Western province)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building new business opportunities within the allocated region in order to maximize sales whilst supervision of the regional wise sales team.
- Establish, maintain and strengthen business relationships with banking partners to enhance business portfolio.
- Initiate, execute and manage new marketing plans and retention strategies in line with business objectives.
- Maintain the sales pipeline, monitoring prospects of the sales team and provision of sales related management information to senior management team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Insurance, Management or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (Added Advantage)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
