You should ideally:
n
n- be qualified with a Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related discipline
n- be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
n- possess 2-4 years of experience in banking, compliance, audit, risk management, regulatory reporting, or a related field
n- possess a sound understanding of banking regulations and regulatory compliance requirements
n- possess strong analytical, communication, report-writing, and data analysis skills
n- have professional or part-professional qualifications in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management, which will be considered an added advantage

You will be mainly responsible for:
n
n- conducting compliance testing against applicable regulatory requirements, directions, circulars, and internal policies
n- conducting Quality Assurance activities for Regulatory Compliance functions within the Compliance Department
n- assisting with regulatory examinations, ad hoc requests, and spot examinations
n- performing compliance reviews of business units, support functions, and branches
n- reviewing regulatory returns and identifying reporting discrepancies, control weaknesses, and compliance gaps
n- assessing the implementation of new regulatory requirements and recommending corrective actions
n- preparing review findings, maintaining supporting documentation, and following up on remediation actions
n- liaising with stakeholders across the Bank to support compliance assurance activities
