We are constructing a 250-room resort in the Maldives with opening scheduled for 2027. The following vacancies exist at our site,

Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Successful candidate will be responsible for BOQ, project measurement, cost control and quantity surveying activities.

Requirement:

• Age between 30 and 45 years.
• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Experience in resort development or large-scale construction projects will be an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD and QS software.
• Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities, quantity takeoffs, cost estimates and project budgets.
• Must be responsible, detail oriented, hands on, and capable of working independently and taking initiative.

Salary USD 700

Carpenter

Age below 45 years.

Experienced in making timber roofing, wooden door and furniture.

Should be able to operate table saw, and other electrical carpentry tools.

Salary USD 450

Food, Accommodation and Government approved medical Insurance provided.
