HEAD OF FINANCE
Saudi Arabia (For Sri Lankan Candidates)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for the food portfolio.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Drive cost control, margin improvement and working capital management across all restaurants in the region.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain and HR leadership to support business growth and new restaurant openings.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships and capital expenditure evaluation for new store developments and refurbishments.
- Ensure robust internal controls, risk management and compliance with Zakat/VAT and other Saudi statutory requirements.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of finance professionals across the region.
- Prepare board-level reporting and business performance reviews for senior management and the franchise owner.
Candidate Requirements
- 8-10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within QSR, retail, FMCG or multi-unit hospitality operations.
- Professional accounting qualification: CA, ACCA, or equivalent (essential).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Strong track record in budgeting, financial modelling, and multi-site P&L management.
- Prior exposure to the Middle East / GCC market preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
