JOB PROFILE
- Manage daily operations and ensure service levels are achieved according to agreed SLAs.
- Oversee the timely processing of loan settlements, surrenders, maturities, and withdrawals within established turnaround times.
- Engage with customers to understand surrender requests and support policy retention initiatives.
- Monitor work volumes and contribute to process efficiency and customer service excellence.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Completion of G.C.E. A/Ls with good results.
- Experience in Insurance Operation is an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (written and spoken).
