JOB PROFILE

• Handle the branch recruitment process from hiring to onboarding.
• Coordinate IRCSL exam registrations for sales staff.
• Manage branch receipting requirements accurately.
• Support monthly review meetings and sales training programs.
• Prepare and maintain sales performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams on medical pending cases and technical requirements.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
• Insurance or financial services experience will be an added advantage.
