RETAIL MANAGER
Full-Time | Victoria, Australia

The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Victoria, Australia, under an employer-sponsored visa for this full-time position (Visa Sponsorship available).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead daily supermarket operations and coordinate performance across multiple retail outlets.
- Manage product selection, purchasing, inventory, stock transfers and replenishment.
- Develop pricing, sales, merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Oversee supermarket e-commerce, including online stock availability, order processing and fulfilment.
- Prepare budgets, monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
- Lead staff recruitment, training, supervision and performance management.
- Maintain customer service, workplace health and safety, food safety and operational standards.
- Support retail expansion and the establishment of new outlets.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of supermarket retail operations experience.
- Extensive experience managing a large supermarket or high-volume retail outlet.
- Proven experience managing multiple retail outlets.
- Practical operational knowledge of supermarket e-commerce and online order fulfilment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, pricing, budgeting and sales performance.
- Applicants must be under 40 years of age and demonstrate proven leadership and operational management capabilities.
- Good command of English and strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
