Job Profile
- The overall supervision of the MEP engineering aspects of the project to achieve the stipulated targets in terms of project timelines and quality requirements, whilst managing the cost.
- Ensuring the coordination among other disciplines by checking the MEP drawings against the structural and architectural drawings.
- Inspecting of the MEP installation work to ensure the required project quality standards are adhered.
- Coordinating among all the stakeholders of the project including the contractors and consultants to ensure the achievement of overall objective of the project.
Personal Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in mechanical/electrical works in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems and electrical systems (LV/MV, ELV systems).
