SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT MANAGER/MANAGER - SALES (COMMERCIAL PAPER) - CHILLW, JAFFNA, NEGOMBO & BAMBALAPITIYA
Softlogic Capital PLC is the financial services sector holding company of the Softlogic Group. We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented staff to join our team at Softlogic Capital PLC.
The Profile:
- Canvass Commercial Paper to existing and new customers.
- Consistent in achieving given commercial paper mobilization targets.
- Ensure all procedures/internal controls and regulatory requirements are fulfilled.
- Manage key customer relationships.
- Develop strong relationship with customers by offering superior services.
- Timely prepare customer correspondences/reports as required by the management.
The Person:
- Must be an effective team player who is reliable, persistent and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle diverse and multiple responsibilities with appropriate deadlines.
- Passes an outgoing personality with good PR, negotiation and communication skills.
- Minimum 03 years of experience in a Bank or Financial institution with exposure to deposit canvassing/customer service for executive position.
- A full or partial qualification in sales, marketing or banking from a recognized professional body would be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of all directions/regulations of fixed deposits and savings operations.
- Freshers are welcome to apply as trainee Executives.
