PROJECT MANAGER - INFORMATION SYSTEM SECURITY
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT
You should ideally:
- have 3-5 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, audit, risk, and compliance-related projects
- have excellent stakeholder, vendor, and communication management capabilities with a proven track record of delivering projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- possess strong project management, planning, and governance skills
- possess sound knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, audit, risk, and compliance frameworks
- be results-oriented with a strong focus on successful project delivery
- be proactive in driving risk management, security, and regulatory compliance
You will be mainly responsible for:
- leading and managing the Retail and SME business portfolio within the region by driving focused sales strategies
- strengthening customer relationships and supporting the overall strategic vision, to boost Retail & SME customer acquisition, retention, profitability & delivery
- leading sales performance across branches and supporting team productivity and target achievement
- fostering high-performing teams by developing branch-based business development teams and sales performance management
- ensuring adherence to internal policies, CBSL regulations and governance standards
