INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING EXECUTIVE / INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING OFFICER
Estilo Apparel (Pvt) Ltd is looking for dynamic and technically capable individuals to join our Industrial Engineering team at our manufacturing facility in Hanguranketha.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct SMV calculations, time studies and method studies
- Prepare accurate operation breakdowns for new and running styles
- Support effective line balancing and manpower allocation
- Monitor line performance, productivity and efficiency
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions to improve output
- Support production teams during style changeovers and new style introductions
- Analyze operator performance and improve work methods
- Assist in reducing non-productive time and improving utilization of available minutes
- Work closely with Production, Quality and Technical teams to achieve daily production targets
- Prepare and maintain IE reports, efficiency records and performance data
- Support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives throughout the factory
Candidate Profile
- Qualification in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Apparel Manufacturing or a related field
- Previous experience in the garment manufacturing industry is preferred
- Good knowledge of SMV, time study, method study, line balancing and productivity improvement
