COMPANY SALES REPRESENTATIVE

DAMBULLA , MATALE, MADAWACHCHIYA, KILLYNOCHCHI AND ANURADAPURA

We are looking for a Company Sales Representative. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, highly motivated, and results oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to retail outlets, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and other customers.
• Achieve sales targets and maintaining accurate sales, Outlet visits and collection records in the SFA system.
• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising in outlets.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment with distributors.
• Maintain strong client relationships, drive new business, and ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, visits, and collections.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of the local market and customer network.
• Valid driving license and motorbike (preferred) with willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Trainees and school leavers are encouraged to apply.
