SWING INSTRUCTOR
Full Time – Gampola, Kandy District
Ambuluwawa is looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Swing Instructor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and supervise swing activities in accordance with established safety standards and operating procedures.
- Provide guests with safety briefings and activity instructions before each ride.
- Ensure the proper use of harnesses, helmets, ropes, and other safety equipment.
- Conduct pre-operational and routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Assist guests throughout the activity and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and follow rescue procedures when required.
- Maintain accurate operational and safety records.
Professional Qualifications and Experience:
- Age between 20 – 35 years.
- Experience in adventure activities or outdoor recreational operations.
- Sound knowledge of safety procedures and risk management practices.
- Knowledge of the proper use of harnesses, helmets, ropes, and other safety equipment.
- Knowledge of equipment inspection and maintenance procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of rescue procedures, First Aid, and CPR will be a distinct advantage.
