Ishq Luxury Villas, is a small collection of luxury villas in Colombo, Talpe Galle and Nuwara Eliya. 'Ishq' offers an exclusive, intimate and luxurious stay in the homes of its inspiring owner. Ours is a collection that offers an informal yet professional bespoke service, one that evokes stories and memories and at its heart, has 'passion' and 'love' as its guiding principles.
BUTLER
We are looking for a passionate individual who thrives on providing exceptional service to join our team at Ishq Digana in Kand y.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating arrivals and ensure a seamless check in and check out experience.
- Warmly welcome guests and ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.
- Arrange local excursions and plan activities for guests.
- Providing personalized service to guests.
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness according to property standards.
- Deliver Food and Beverage services, including in-room dining, to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Offer local insights and recommendations to elevate the overall guest experience.
- Assist guests with errands and special requests when required.
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver an exceptional service.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all hotel facilities and amenities.
- Remain well-groomed at all times.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all hotel safety and hygiene policies.
- Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanor.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry for a minimum of 3 years.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to a high level of customer service.
- Demonstrate fluency in the English to effectively communicate with guests.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in email and standard office software
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of property management systems is preferred.
- Experience in maintaining accurate guest databases.
