LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
Position: Full-Time | Immediate Joining
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Senior Landscape Architect to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing landscape designs, preparing detailed landscape architectural drawings, construction details and specifications, and coordinating landscape works with other disciplines from concept development through to detailed design and tender documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop landscape design concepts and detailed design packages.
- Prepare detailed landscape architectural drawings, construction details and documentation.
- Prepare and review landscape specifications and material specifications.
- Develop planting plans, hardscape details and landscape construction details.
- Coordinate landscape works with architectural, civil, structural and MEP disciplines.
- Review technical drawings and ensure design intent is maintained through detailed documentation.
- Assist with tender documentation, BOQs and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and other consultants when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
- Strong professional experience in landscape architecture.
- Excellent knowledge of landscape architectural detailing and construction documentation.
- Good experience in specification writing and preparation of technical documents.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant landscape/design software.
- Good understanding of landscape materials, planting, hardscape and construction methods.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Experience working on large-scale landscape, hospitality, masterplanning or public-realm projects will be an advantage.
