- Minimum 4-5 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's Degree with CA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Previous experience in client handling is an added advantage
- Excellent English communication skills
- A proactive team player with problem-solving abilities
SALARY
LKR 130,000-200,000 / month
Based on experience & qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Understand client requirements and develop tailored BPM processes and SOPs for each client.
- Allocate BPM team resources effectively and monitor performance to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end financial and business processes, including book-keeping, reconciliations, MIS and ad hoc reporting.
- Build strong client relationships and provide tailored process and financial solutions.
- Understand client objectives, business strategies and industry trends to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure client requirements are addressed within 24 hours across all communication channels.
- Prepare weekly KPI reports, monitor operational performance and drive continuous process improvement.
