Manager for Kandy Branch
We are a rapidly expanding, leading clinical laboratory committed to high-quality healthcare services. We are looking for an energetic, results-driven individual to take charge of our operations and growth in the Kandy region.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage overall branch administrative work.
- Drive sales development and expand market reach across the Kandy region.
- Lead and motivate the sales force to meet and exceed targets and organizational goals.
- Maintain strong financial discipline and operational controls.
- Acquire and attach new sales centers to expand our service network.
- Actively promote corporate medical packages to corporate clients. Plan, organize, and execute community health camps
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Marketing/ Management or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
- Proven track record in sales, administration, and team management (experience in the healthcare/clinical laboratory sector will be an added advantage).
- Excellent interpersonal & Communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Age below 40 years
- Preference will be given candidates residing in and around Kandy
