HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR / ATTENDANT

The Bellwood Manor, a premier luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Nuwara Eliya, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor / Attendant to join our team. We are dedicated to providing unparalleled service and unforgettable experiences to our guests, and our team members play a vital role in upholding these high standards.

Job Description:

As a Housekeeping Supervisor/Attendant, you will be responsible for supervising and carrying out daily housekeeping duties, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, hygienic, well-maintained, and presented to the required hotel standards. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, discipline, and good organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Respond politely and professionally to guest requests and promptly communicate any special requirements to the relevant department.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and a pleasant environment for guests.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations, complete assigned tasks on time, and maintain the hotel's service standards.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, departmental SOPs, health and safety requirements, and grooming standards while coordinating effectively with Front Office, Maintenance, Laundry, and other relevant departments.
