Jungle Beach — Trincomalee is seeking an A/C Technician to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of our air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment for our guests while supporting the resort's commitment to excellence and world-class hospitality.

By maintaining exceptional service standards, as an A/C Technician, you will support the smooth functioning of our daily operations by ensuring all cooling systems are operating effectively, preventative maintenance schedules are adhered to, and technical issues are addressed promptly. We are looking for a dedicated professional who understands that a comfortable and well-maintained environment is essential to delivering memorable guest experiences.

The Ideal Profile We Are Looking For:

• A Proven Track Record: Previous experience as an A/C Technician, HVAC Technician, Refrigeration Technician, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry will be an added advantage. Candidates with strong technical aptitude and relevant training are encouraged to apply.
• Operational Knowledge: Sound knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems, electrical controls, and preventive maintenance practices. Ability to diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
• Collaboration and Accountability: A dependable team player who works closely with the Engineering, Housekeeping, and Operations teams to maintain optimal guest comfort while responding promptly to maintenance requests and technical emergencies.
• Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive professional who can identify potential equipment issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Professional Qualifications: A Technical/Vocational qualification in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, HVAC Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field will be an added advantage.
