Uga Ulagala – Anuradhapura is seeking a Food & Beverage Executive to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, guest-focused, and service-oriented individual who is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences. The ideal candidate should be committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.

As a Food & Beverage Executive, you will play a key role in creating exceptional dining experiences through attentive service, effective team coordination, and consistent operational standards. We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented professional who understands that outstanding guest experiences are built on genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to service excellence.

The Ideal Profile We Are Looking For:

• A Proven Track Record: Minimum 2 to 5 years' experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory or executive role, with prior exposure to luxury resort or villa operations.
• Operational Excellence: Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, service standards, outlet procedures, and the ability to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Guest Experience: A genuine passion for hospitality with the ability to anticipate guest needs, handle guest concerns professionally, and consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Leadership & Teamwork: A confident and approachable team player with the ability to guide, motivate, and coordinate the Food & Beverage team while working effectively with other departments.
• Professional Qualifications: A Diploma or Professional Qualification in Hotel Management or a related field.
