Center Manager – Anuradhapura Project

Engage the day-to-day operations of the project center, ensuring smooth execution of planned activities and achievement of project objectives.
Coordinate project activities related to agriculture, technology implementation, field operations, demonstrations, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Supervise center staff and coordinate with technical, engineering, R&D, administration, and project teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, government institutions, community stakeholders, and other project partners.
Monitor project progress, operational KPIs, resource utilization, budgets, and timelines, and provide regular updates to management.
Coordinate training programs, field demonstrations, workshops, and awareness sessions conducted through the center.
Manage center administration, facilities, documentation, inventory, procurement coordination, and operational requirements.
Identify operational challenges and work with relevant teams to implement practical and timely solutions.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, project procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Prepare periodic reports, activity updates, budgets, and project documentation for management review.

Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Agriculture, Business Management, Project Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in project coordination, center/branch operations, agriculture-related operations, field management, or a similar role.
Previous exposure to agriculture, agribusiness, rural development, technology projects, or community-based projects will be highly advantageous.
Strong experience in team supervision, stakeholder coordination, administration, and operational management.
Ability to coordinate with farmers, local authorities, service providers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Good analytical, planning, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a good command of Sinhala and English.
Candidates based in or willing to work in Anuradhapura will be preferred.
