Oversee end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects, from planning to handover
Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule benchmarks set by the industry
Manage project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation
Report progress and key milestones to senior management

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
Minimum 15 years of total experience, including at least 10 years of experience in large-scale building construction projects
Candidates must hold Chartered Engineer membership from the Engineering Council of Sri Lanka (ECSL)
Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams
Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
