Site Engineer / QA/QC (Civil) — Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of civil construction activities and materials.
- Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain inspection requests, checklists, test records, and QA/QC documentation.
- Coordinate testing and site inspections.
- Identify non-conformities and follow up corrective actions.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors.
Site Engineer / QA/QC (Civil) — Qualifications
- NDT / HNDE / NDES in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience.
- BSc in Civil Engineering with minimum 1 year's experience.
- Knowledge of masonry, waterproofing, interior designing and finishing works.
- Good understanding of drawings, specifications, inspection procedures, ITPs, and method statements.
- Experience and knowledge of MEP will be an added advantage.
Quantity Surveyor – Head Office Based (Client side) — Key Responsibilities
- Review quotations and BOQs of contractors.
- Preparation of tender documents.
- Preparation of engineering estimates.
- Take-off measurements as per standard regulations.
Quantity Surveyor – Head Office Based (Client side) — Qualifications
- NCT(QS) / HNDQS with minimum 5 years of experience.
- BSc in QS (UGC recognized) with minimum 2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
