INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING OFFICER
(Polonnaruwa Factory)
Winterquilts (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Industrial Engineering (IE) Officer to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct time and method studies to improve production processes.
- Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and operator performance.
- Prepare and monitor production targets, SMV, and efficiency reports.
- Identify production bottlenecks and support line balancing and manpower allocation.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to achieve production targets and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Textile & Apparel, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of apparel industry experience will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SMV, time study, and line balancing.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
- Good analytical skills and MS Office proficiency.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
