SHOWROOM SALES ASSISTANTS

We invite showroom sales personnel preferably experienced in selling homeware to join Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC as Sales Assistants at our showrooms in Colombo.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist showroom customers, providing personalized service.
- Share product knowledge and guide customers to select products.
- Promote and cross-sell to drive sales.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising and product presentation standards.
- Manage inventory, stock displays, and assist with replenishment to ensure smooth operations.
- Support promotional activities, including in-store campaigns and product demonstrations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Passed G.C.E. A/L in three subjects.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, Sinhala and/or Tamil is mandatory. Proficiency in Hindi will be an advantage.
- Over 2 years of experience in showroom or retail sales, preferably in homeware, porcelain, giftware, or lifestyle products.
- Customer service orientation and passion for service excellence.
- Computer literacy coupled with exposure to POS systems is advantageous.
